Questions, answered
The things owners ask us before saying yes.
01Do I need to install new software or change my POS?
No. Nothing to install, no logins to learn, no changes to how your restaurant runs. You send whatever your current systems already produce, a POS export, a spreadsheet from your bookkeeper, supplier invoices, over WhatsApp or email. If your setup works for you, it works for us.
02My records are a bit of a mess. Can you still work with them?
Almost certainly. Clean spreadsheet exports are covered by the base price. If some of your records live in paper invoices, photos, or PDFs, our team does the data entry for you, $250 one-time setup plus $25 a month per manual source. You'll never be told to come back when your books are tidier. Untidy books are exactly where we're most useful.
03Who sees my numbers?
Only the analysts working on your restaurant. Your data is never shared, sold, or shown to anyone else, including other clients, and your report lives on a private, password-protected page that only you can access. The only thing your competitors will notice is that your decisions got sharper.
04What happens after the three free months?
You pick your rhythm. Monthly reports are $50 a month, bi-weekly $75, weekly $100, per location, in USD. There's no contract, and you can cancel any month. By month three you'll know exactly what the reports are worth to you, and if they're not paying for themselves many times over, we'd rather you leave than stay out of politeness.
05How much of my time does this actually take?
About ten minutes on Sunday to send your files, and three minutes on Wednesday to read your report. That's it. The actions we recommend fit inside the work you're already doing, we just tell you which ones matter this week.
06Bisa dalam Bahasa Indonesia?
Ya, bisa. Reports and WhatsApp support are available in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Just tell us which you prefer, and everything arrives that way, including the analyst conversation.
07My POS already shows me reports. What's different?
Your POS tells you what happened. It can't tell you why your margin slipped two points, whether your Saturday labour is normal for a restaurant your size in your city, or what to change before next weekend. That's the part a human analyst adds. We read your numbers against your own history and local benchmarks, then turn them into decisions, not charts.
08Honestly, my numbers might not be good. Should I wait until things improve?
Please don't wait. Rough patches are where a weekly read pays off fastest, because the problems are almost always specific and fixable: one supplier, one shift, one dish. There's no judgment here, we've had our own hard months in our own restaurants. And since your first three months are free, the cost of finding out where you really stand is zero.
